Did you take before pic's ?

I find we are r own worst critics esepcially us ladies.

You should take pics now and take them in maybe 2 weekly intervals preferably stood in same door frame in same clothes then you really can see a comparison!

I have found 1.5 stone - 2 stone is a more defining loss as in I usually definately drop a dress/clothes size.

Wait for comments to come in off others too especially people you haven't seen since you started.

well done btw x

Hi Fatrae and well done on your brilliant weight lost so far :like:
Well for me i noticed at about 14- 20 lbs but I've loads to get rid of.
So in answer to your question sometime very soon.
You will definitely get your reward and be glad you stuck to it, because for me my 30lbs has dropped me a group on my bmi and Forced me to buy a complete new wardrobe of clothes as I've gone down 3 sizes.
Good Luck on "'Seeing'' it soon :clover: Sue
