Seeing the results already!
09 Aug 2013, 17:33
probably shouldn't tempt fate, but I'm really really happy right now in as much as I'm only on my second fast day and yet I've already lost 1.1kg :D :D :D :D also, yesterday was amazing. It was a normal day so I had a McDonald's and didn't feel in the slightest bit guilty :D :D :D :D :D :D

Sorry, just had to share my happiness at such a quick result. I know it won't be like that every day but for it to kick in so quickly so soon really makes me think there is merit in the 5:2 diet :D
