I strongly agree with the other posters above who see no reason to freak. You still had a good day of probably substantially <50% of your usual kcal intake. You may well have learned how it is feasible for you to reduce the intake to 500kcals on your next fast day. Useful lesson learned from a small Oops :oops: and time to take what's useful and nothing more. :cool:
