Just did a sneaky mid-week weigh ... You know, day off, slope around in jim-jams, have nice hot shower ... Oh and why don't I have a teensy weigh-in now, just to see ...

Huzzah!! And hoo-ray!!!!! Officially lost just over 7lb! First half stone!!!!!!

And 5lb of that half stone in the last 6 and a half weeks. Very pleased! Now for that pesky inch still on waist, to reach first mini- target of waist = 50% height ...

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :victory: :victory: :victory: :victory: :victory: :victory: 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)
Get out of the jimjams now and put on something slinky, show off that bod!! Well done you! :star: :star: :star:

Hahahahahahahaha! Out of pjs now, and the 'something slinky' is now gardening clothes  as garden needs serious attention, as I've realised it's nearly Bank Holiday and it looks a right mess!

However, hair appointment at teatime, and it's late night shopping night ... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Thanks to all though - onwards, downwards - and slinkier! (but first getting muckier in the garden!   )
Well done silverdarling :like: it is such a great feeling to get positive results when the scales are your friend. Good Luck :clover: Sue
... And just had a (small) bacon bap to celebrate! As Azureblue would say, it had my name on it!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Dhana - slinky gardener my (slinky) a**e!! More like a (very thin) Worzel Gummidge with grey roots!!!!!
3hr in the garden, and I have to say, the garden doesn't look that much different from when I started!

Now after a teensy tiny scone with butter, I am off to town for hair appointment and possible purchases ...

Well done - its a fab feeling watching those scales go downwards. Keep it up. x
Congratulations Silverdarling :like: Well done.

Onwards and downwards!
Well done gal! I think you need to pop round here and sort out my garden next, what's left after the chickens have been digging things up that is. My poor flower tubs! Even the sweet peas are not as good as usual as they got a very late start with the cold spring this year.
I'm fasting today but a scone and butter may feature tomorrow.....
