So Delighted now I'm a Runner.
03 Oct 2014, 10:02
I have now completed the C25k programme and I am so pleased I can't stop smiling. 6 months ago when I started back in March I could barely jog for a minute. Now I can run for 30 minutes and it feels great. Would recommend the podcasts to anyone who is thinking about giving it a go but is afraid to try, as they were great. I used the NHS ones. :victory:
A massive well done from me. It's a great feeling isn't it. I can run 5km, but I skipped the end of the course. So you've persevered and look what you can achieve. Congratulations :victory:
