Delighted or Disappointed?

I decided to give it a try just to see if it could be right for me....

Two months later, I love it so much that I feel ready to go on and on!

I keep it really simple, 2 fast days with 500 cal. And 5 normal days ( sometimes I check what I eat but usually not).

5,2 kilos in two months and I didn't say no to a party or a restaurant
On feed days, I discover new guiltyfree pleasures.

I can't even believe it!

Thank you all for your daily posts and this great forum , it also makes a difference!
Wow wow

trop bien!!
Well done Vive222 this WOE is great isn't it ,you do feel you can stick with it for ever,I am doing 6.1 now as I have reached the weight I'm happy with :)
Fabulous news.

I was thinking about it last night & in 20 years of marriage my husband has probably had to go through 4 spikes in my weight followed by the pain in getting that weight back off again - the difference is that this time it wasn't pain, it happened nice & gradually (ok, with a few plateaus that were frustrating) & we discovered some fabulous new recipes along the way.

Importantly I'm confident that we now have the tools to go forwards & stay healthy. One tool is this WOL & the other is THIS FORUM
Well done Vive222!

I'm almost the same as you - 2 months in and just over 5kg gone. This morning I saw a number on the scales that I haven't seen in 2 1/2 years, since I had my head down the toilet everyday for a month, crippled with morning sickness. So the baby weight is finally gone (and baby is a toddling 2 now)! Now I just need to undo the other bad doings of the last 10 years

Thrilled for you too Vive222! Kept up the good attitude, and use the forum as and when you need it. I found lots to help me along here. Yes, it's for life, naturally becoming part of a new mindset and easy to keep on and on. Keep posting your progress as everyone loves to read all the positive news as well as perhaps help by sharing their individual experiences.
