I've just weighed in after my first week on the 5:2 and you'll be pleased to know I've dropped 2lbs.
My jeans also feel loser and I'll be needing to punch another hole in my belt soon.
I must admit it was hard on my first week and I was so looking forward to food on my first day off.
It was someones birthday on Wednesday and they brought in cakes, I was naughty with the doughnuts as there was jam and custard ones, I couldn't decide so had one of each. I wouldn't normally but I thought what the hell. I might have lost 3 lbs but I had a few drinks with a nice meal on Saturday.
I'm sort of looking forward to fasting again this week if I drop 2 lbs again ill be happy.
I recently bought the book too so will look through there for so ideas.
