Taking measure
25 Sep 2013, 14:20
When I started 52 back in April I weighed in and took a waist measurement. In July it occurred to me that it would be helpful to measure all the body areas. Today I remeasured those areas and have lost nine inches! Amazing 9 inches in two months. Of course I am only using this as a bit of a guide because I could be off on my measuring technique. I was amazed.

Well done!

I'm not seeing much weight loss at the moment but my clothes are definately looser, you've inspired me to take a few measurements, so far I've only measured my waist!

Sometimes the scale can be discouraging and sometimes it doesn't look like I lost weight because I carry most of my weight all around the middle. So that's when I decided to measure. I did neck, bust, Xiphoid to navel, waist ,hip, thigh, calf, wrist and arm.
