Thrilled with progress so far
18 Apr 2014, 18:16
I am really happy to say iv'e lost 6 pounds since i started the 5.2 on 7/4/14. I have found it so easy in relation to other diets, i have stuck to my 500 on fast days and am allowed 1,600 cals on feast days, i average about 1,300. I find that more than enough. I don't expect that kind of loss again but what a great start :victory:
Well done on such a great start. After over a year on this "diet" I have to agree it is the easiest way of losing weight that I've ever tried. Hope it carries on as well for you.
Well done! So pleased for you - this WOE really works if you let it.

I've lost almost 2 stone since November - could stare at my progress tracker all day! Some might say it's not very quick but I love the way the weight just keeps coming off, week after week - that'll do me!

Keep going - I'm sure you'll find the longer you keep at it the easier it gets and the less you want the things which are bad for you.
