Well my progress so far
161lb start weight
153. Wk 1
150. Wk 2
151 Wk 3
But i really struggled this week (wk3) with my 2 fasts, I went over both days one day 750 the other 600. Even had to move mondays fast to a tuesday as i failed miserably.
I have been great on them normally and dont need to count calories on feed days, but this week I found it hard, it's not TOM but I have a bad back so haven't exercised at all this week ( I normally do a 5days a week)
So I'm thinking back to the exercise this week for me.... In the hope I don't have to get strict on feed days as I still have 2 stone to lose!
Anyone else found that with exercise?
