Delighted or Disappointed?

Despite everything...

...still lost just over one pound this week, and averaging just under one and half pounds per week. Definitely not trying to restrict calories on feast days, and have discovered that worrying about the calorific value of fast day evening meal is counter productive. It leaves me thinking about it too much. So I just do a reasonably light evening meal as I usually would. Finding it difficult to sleep after a fast day tho. Anyway, waist is reducing slightly each week. Have not walked as much as I normally would due to the snow and ice here, so this reducing of statistics is even more staggering!
Might make target by nephew's June wedding...
