For the first time in so long I can't remember I weighed in yesterday at under 80 kg!,, :D

The last 18 months I have been exercising like a maniac, tracking every mortal that has gone into my mouth and may weight was still going up...slowly but up all the same. So I am ecstatic that it is finally moving on a downward trend.

Fantastic

Congratulation! It's such a relief not to have to count everything isn't it? Although I do have great difficulty in stopping myself - I've been doing it on and off for far too long!
