First week weigh in amazed!!!
23 Feb 2013, 08:22
Well after my first week astonished at my 6lb loss on the scales. After unsuccessfully dieting for a year and losing nothing week to week, this WOE seems to be the answer fingers crossed, I have done my usual 4 x hours exercise which will have helped iv always done this though. Whatever the reason water or not . The smile will not be off my face today, love this forum it's become my strength on fast days.
Xxx
I will post on here any future progress!!!
That is amazing and very encouraging. Well done.
Well done chocoholic !!! That's sooo encouraging!
That's like 6 weeks work on my old diet rolled into 1! I would love to be able to report the same next week after my first week, I am 1lb off getting into the next stonage down if you see what I mean, it's like it's contstantly putting a barrier on my success, still I'm hoping this week will beat it and then I'm getting nearer my goal! Once again well done to you, did you!
I think there will b a few factors like water etc in that, but the way I was going before was 1 on 2 off 3 on, so we'll see how it pans out. I'm good at sticking to things, tbh I don't know why I was struggling on other plans. I think this fast is giving me a good detox , I'm not as hungry on fast days, think I'm going to start reading in the evening on my fast days I often just sit at night and think what can I eat? Story of my life. But I'm very social being 27, my friends and I love nights out and meals out this WOE might just help me through all that and give me the balance I've needed. I also think it may have given my metabolism a kick start after dieting for 11 years!!!
Thanks for your encouragement! X
I find it helps to spend time reading the posts on the forums on a fast day.
It gives me all the encouragement and inspiration I need to keep going.
Good luck.
I'v lost 3lbs in 1 week and 3 days. I'm happy about that. Especially because iv been baking cookies and apple crumble last week. :)
Demi I think that brill , I read the forum on fast days too definitely helps x
Hi again! Yes I agree chocoholic, it's a real game with the scales, I've just done an hour at the gym and my trainer says not to worry too much about the scales, he said put a fit rugby player on them and it will tell you he's overweight but it won't tell you how much of it is muscle! True!
However, I'm convinced it is a lifetime of 'staying in' at nights and wondering what eat! We live in a country that's for 9months of the year too cold to go out at night and too expensive to go out so we sit in and eat! I'm giving this my best shot. Did you count calories on your feast days! :)
Well done chocoholic fab result!!!
That's a brilliant start, well done! Keep up the good work!
2nd week weigh in. Lost 1lb ! So pleased that's 7lb altogether never expected to lose after the week before's huge loss!
Three weeks in lost a further 3lb!! Utterly amazed I love this WOL, people are starting to notice. It's fitting around my life excellently finding it easier on the fast days to put off eating for as long as I can usually lasting until 6pm . 10lb off in 3 weeks!
