I realise some of that is probably water weight but I still feel very positive about it. Especially since there was plenty of treats over the feed days (thai curry and pizza included!)I intend to weigh in once a month from now on (I find frequent scale hopping leads to disillusionment due to the ups and downs you get from things like water retention) but I was pleased with my first 5:2 weigh in and wanted to share. Hope everyone else is doing well.
