6lbs down in eleven days.

I realise some of that is probably water weight but I still feel very positive about it. Especially since there was plenty of treats over the feed days (thai curry and pizza included!)I intend to weigh in once a month from now on (I find frequent scale hopping leads to disillusionment due to the ups and downs you get from things like water retention) but I was pleased with my first 5:2 weigh in and wanted to share. Hope everyone else is doing well. :)

Cheers Bee. Yeah, I learnt the hard way that constant weighing just leaves me feeling frustrated.

That's awesome! Only mildly jealous. :D

I've lost 3kg/6lb up to now. Not expecting a loss this week, that time of the month, I feel all bloated and icky. So that should mean I get a extra big loss next week! (hopefully)
