My weigh in days have been Sunday morning but because the last couple of Sundays I've been away from my scales, I've not been able to weigh myself properly... I'm at my parents' this weekend and I decided not to weigh myself because they're different scales but back to work/normality tomorrow and just wondering if I should wait until next Sunday or have one tomorrow morning? I must say I don't feel like I've lost much over the last couple of weeks, though I've been sticking to the diet as normal.. On the plus side family and freinds have been noticing a difference so that's good and definitely worth noting! Can't believe I'm starting week 8 tomorrow!

I think I would leave it until next week especially as your not feeling too confident.

I don't weigh myself particularly often. I try to pick a day that isn't right after, or on, a fast day. I aim for about once a week or so, but I think it's been going a bit longer than that.
Definitely agree with everyone, I would just go ahead and weigh next week if possible. You don't want the scale to define the progress you've made during the past 8 weeks.

I would listen to the positives from family and friends and weigh in next weekend..
