Delighted or Disappointed?

Now that's Progress!!!
27 Feb 2013, 15:04
I have dieted on and off for about 25 years and in Week 5 of 5:2. But today was the biggest challenge I have faced!!

I went for an interview today at 11 a.m. with one of the biggest organisations in this Country!!!

Now that's not too impressive I know, but in the past, I would have HAD to have a (BIG) breakfast (so the tummy didn't grumble half way through an interview), and would have then been worrying that I wouldn't be out in time for lunch - but today, no such worries and I didn't even think about food!!!

In fact the interview was 30 mins later than planned, and then they asked if I'd like to go on a tour of where I would be working!!

I've never been one of those people who can't eat when they're stressed - I'm the opposite, I normally eat for Britain whether I'm happy, sad, stressed or depressed! But not today stomach - I defeated you!!!

Yeah, now that's REAL progress - a true change of mind set.

Oh well done Sunshine24 - great feeling for you. Hope you have a positive result from the interview too - if you'd like the job that is
