Rubbish second week - BOO!
01 Mar 2013, 20:33
Lost 3pounds at weigh in Tuesday which was fantastic, but this week have only managed 1 fast day, tried yesterday but was my mums birthday so got through 1300kcal (not good) then had another go today but feeling under the weather at work and there was chocolate so have had around 1200kcal today as well. DAMN IT! Can't attempt another fast till Monday now so just going to have to do it back to back as my as my usual fast days are Tuesday and Thursdays..sigh...

Hi Sophtwizzle - well done for 3lb off. Why don't you just start again on your normal Tuesday next week? Monday and Tuesday together will be a killer for you. I think the idea is to get rid of the guilt and bad feeling you normally get when you're on a diet and get in to a new way of life. Don't beat yourself up you did good. Start fresh on Tuesday - good luck :0)

Hi there Sophtwizzle, I can only agree with inberkipster. Till I ditched the guilt and frustration I felt the same as you do now.

Just if I don't get my second fast day in I am going to feel rubbish if I don't lose :( I understand what you are saying though. Just going to not overload on the food this weekend. (One day last week I had 3500) but still managed to lose, I don't get that but I am not complaining :)
