Yesterday was the first feed day since I started this eating plan that I haven't stuffed like a pig
We went out for lunch and 2/3rds of the way through my main course I was full. No possibility of having a sweet.
I ate very little for the rest of the day as well.
I think that going 4:3 for a week has helped reduce my appetite, even though I went a bit over on the third day. I am going to try to do it again this coming week
