Off to a good start..........

Just did my first fast day, and found it much easier than I thought! Having done some fast days of now food at all in the past, it felt like a feast of a fast!!! :like:

I had scrambled eggs for breakfast. Munched a few carrots for lunch and had grilled chicken breast and salad for dinner. Drank water whenever I felt hunger pangs.

I am feeling excited and motivated about this - it's a great feeling to know I can have whatever I fancy tomorrow.

Haven't taken any weights or measurements yet. Will post when I do - for myself to keep track of my progress.

Good luck to everyone else.
Congrats! I used to eat like you, 3 times on fast days but now I am trying to eat less to see if the results are better! =)
