I messed up Monday's fast but still lost a pound this week. I think because this is a more relaxed WOL messing up one day doesn't feel like failing, which is why I continued to eat "normally" during the rest of the week rather than consoling myself with food after I " failed". I can live like this!

Yeah it's more important not to beat yourself up. We all mess up fast days sometimes but it's possible to recover it somewhere else and still lose weight =) congrats to you! and may the weight loss continue!
