First week Results !!

:smile: First week completed ! I lost 3 lb and my husband lost 2 lb ! Yea ! We are very encouraged and excited to start our 2nd week :grin: Thanks for all your posts and I just love being able to read anytime I want on this site. Fasting today and anxious to see our progress ! Thanks Everybody :smile:

Well done to you and your hubby! That's a great first week result :)

Be sure to keep us informed of your progress - and feel free to log your losses in the progress tracker :D

Oh, Well done to both of you!!!
Have you found it difficult? Eating less on feed days also?
I have my weigh in on Wednesday morning and am hoping for a bit of a result - it's always such a boost to motivation to see some loss, even though I know this is going to be more gradual than a stupid faddy unsustainable diet - I'm excited for a Way of Life change, I'll be happy with slow and steady :-)

Good luck to you on Wed ! Since I have stopped grazing on carbs like I used to do. I have found that drinking lots of water and hot tea fills in between the 500 cal on fast days. Hoping for another good week as I can tell how much better I feel.
