Delighted or Disappointed?

I don't know about you, but I'm quite enjoying my fasting days.

Without the interruptions of food (thinking, planning, cooking and eating!), I'm actually surprisingly enjoying my evenings. So far I've walked to and from gym for a class, done some washing, done my finances, had a long soak in the bath, enjoyed a bit of music and emailed a few people. Whereas normally I'd be stuck in front of tv with food for company and all the things I planned to do would be forgotten!

I'm not even that hungry. Makes you realise how much we eat out of habit.

Hope this feeling lasts!
I feel the same way! I have discovered that most of the time I was probably eating because I was bored, wanting to procrastinate or out of habit. I'm only 5'3 and when I think of the recommendation now to eat 3 meals a day plus healthy snacks 7 days a week. No wonder my short little body got so fat!!
Yes I'm only 5.2 ish so those extra pounds really show.

Also enjoying the early nights. Sooner to bed sooner till morning comes....it's almost like being a kid a Xmas!
