Delighted or Disappointed?

Have not weighed myself much as I believe scales are the instrument of the devil this is my third week tomorrow my 6th fast day and I have lost 7lbs. I have enormous amount to lose but feel in control for first time in my life. Going to try not to weigh more than once a week.

Wow that's fantastic! Well done for not weighing yourself much too, I know I shouldn't but can't help myself hopping on and off.

I've lost 4.5 pounds in two weeks which I'm happy with too.
