No loss but positive feedback

Hi, no real shift over the last month but today I felt great and received several compliments. Something is obviously working and I had fish and chips WITH batter!,
Hi Caro,
I stayed the same weight this week too, but like you say, there are definitely improvements in other ways, for me the main one is bags more energy.
The other thing I noticed today, is that in the past with 'normal' diets, when you don't lose weight after being so strict all week, it really is a big depressing issue, but with 5:2, because I've been enjoying my food so much and feel so good, it hasn't bothered me at all, I just think, no worries, it'll show next week. It's just no hardship following this woe, so therefore you don't feel so let down by the scales.
