First Stone Gone! Hurrah!
24 Mar 2013, 11:48
I have lost my first stone! Only another nine and a quarter pounds to go to my final target(10 stone 7lb), although that may be delayed by a two week cruise from the 1st May! I know that will mean a (temporary) gain of at least half a stone, probably more! I won't be fasting then but must make a note to self to get straight back on to 5:2 as soon as we return.

My husband has lost ten and a half pounds, in the same eight weeks. That is despite a week away and a double birthday celebration which involved a party for 30+ and then eating up the leftover food for the next three days!

Haven't you just got to love this WOE!

Very well done. Enjoy the cruise! Isn't it great to know such a good way of shedding those holiday pounds afterwards.
