I'm still a bit obsessed about weighing. I weigh the night before a fast day, then morning and night of fast day, then morning after. It just fascinates me how it works. It's not been the same straight after Christmas as it was before Christmas for various reasons. Generally the fluctuations haven't bothered me, except the first couple of weeks of the year when I couldn't seem to shift anything, but hopefully it will revert to pre Christmas pattern now all the goodies are gone. I've usually lost a couple of pounds on a fast day, then maybe gone back up by a pound by the night before the next fast day and so on. So over a whole week I might lose a couple of pounds, more if I'm lucky, less if things haven't worked out as planned. But I've never put any back on, even if I've mucked up a fast day, so I'm happy with that. I've now had a couple of weeks where I've had what I consider my usual loss, so hopefully that will continue now, and after this morning's weigh in I hope it's not too long before I pass the next (mile)stone marker, and onwards towards my goal.
Glad that you were shocked allic, in a good way. The results are a bit of a revelation aren't they?
