Delighted or Disappointed?

I have weighed myself this morning for the 1st time since starting the 5:2 diet last monday and have lost 3lb! I have always struggled to loose and was previously doing ww but had hit a plateau so im so pleased! 11lb to go til I hit my ultimate target :smile:
