Small gain, figured out why..
03 Apr 2013, 13:47
After a great loss of 3lb last week I gained 1.5lbs this week, realised that last week I fasted on Tues and weighed Weds this week I fasted on Monday and weighed Wed so I am assuming that this is the reason for the gain. I am not disheartened and will make sure I don't fast on a Tues as I always weigh on a Weds.
I think your reasoning is sound. Congrats on the good loss last week. :)
Assuming an average weight loss of 1lb per week, then a loss of 3lbs followed by a gain of 1.5lbs means in 2 weeks you are averaging 0.75lbs per week. It all sounds good. You need to consider the long term.
seems like good logic to me and hopefully will explain my gain today - i normally fast on tuesday and weigh on wednesdays but didnt fast yesterday

Good luck for next week fifimas
