Just did my weekly weigh in and I have lost another .5kg - so almost half way to my goal weight in 4 weeks. Brilliant. I have been doing 4:3 as I am only 3kg away from goal, so I feel this is the hardest fat to shift, the last bit. Also I feel so good on fast days and so overeaten on feast days, by just eating my 'normal' meals. Just had some bircher muesli for breakfast and it feels like a stone in my stomach so I guess I will be having to rethink my feast days too. I am very happy with this steady progress and did I mention my clothes Well I have just slipped into pants in a size 10 (Aus - UK 8) - OK they are stretchy but I couldn't wear them before! Yippeyio. I have plenty more skinny clothes where those came from and look forward in the coming months to being able to wear them.
