Lost a stone in a month
04 Apr 2013, 21:02
Thrilled to bits. Loving this way of eating I have lost a stone in a month - just another 5 or 6 stone to go

My weight loss has slowed in the last week or two after a flying start but still really happy. Even better, husband and son losing weight too! Son has lost 2 inches off his waist in the same time period!

Exciting. Loving the fact I can have meals out, some treats but with exercise and 2 fasting days it sorts out... I'm not even at 500 cals yet always been over and still doing well

I am really thrilled! it's knocked my snacking through the night on the head which was my biggest problem and solved my menopausal hot flushes!! And reduced my overall appetite - most days - but I am still eating some chocolate and other treats but in a more mindful, planned way.... And food tastes good again. It is lovely to not feel guilty having a roast dinner say.... Yum!
