Milestone!

First stone gone, almost effortless, wish I had known about this diet for all the years I've lost and gained weight. Going sailing for six weeks so I shan't be able to weigh myself but will continue on the regime and it will be a good surprise when I return. :cool:

There is nothing wrong with the situation, just my attitude towards it!
I don't eat Mondays or Thursdays
My method: 5:2 Liquid only 16:8 on non-fast days
