Feeling Fabulous on Fast Days?

I wonder if I'm alone here,

but I feel absolutely fabulous on fast days. I have more energy and I am almost giddy I'm light on my feet and I feel thin.

I only eat supper on fast days, so my stomach is empty all day. Maybe that has something to do with it.
Yes, I agree! I was just telling my husband I love our fast days. I have more energy and feel more clear-headed on fast days than on feed days.

This is the first eating plan I've been on in my life that lets me lose weight painlessly. So grateful that I'm getting my body back!
I am only on my first week and second fast day but the difference in how I felt on Wednesday (fast) and yesterday (feast) was vast. Felt so sluggish on the feast day - but didn't eat more than usual.
Not really but I feel great on the day after the fast day.
I agree too, I always feel good on a fast day.
I also save my calories for a nice evening meal, with just a boiled egg if needed, at lunch time or early afternoon.
I think mine's more of a mental thing - I feel liberated in the fact that I'm totally in control and I'm not going to collapse through lack of eating for 24hrs :grin: - and the stomach rumbles mid-afternoon are great! Really telling me the difference in when I'm feeling hungry as opposed to bored hungry! Love this WOL :smile:

This is my second ever fast day and Im feeling great. I fasted on Tuesday but ate 3 small (150 cal) meals thinking there was no way I could go all day without eating anything. I woke this morning, and set a challenge to see how long I could go without eating. I went swimming and I am now in work and Ive just worked out I have eaten NOTHING since 6pm yesterday! I have the Sweet Potato and Cabbage soup with me from the recipe book (161 cals) just in case, but at the moment, Im fine! Im astonished!
