Just a bit chuffed :-)
12 Apr 2013, 07:10
I am feeling just a little bit chuffed this morning after getting on the scales and taking my waist measurement since Monday...

I've lost 3.5lbs and 2 inches off my waist. To say I'm pleased is an understatement.

I appreciate that it won't be like this every week, but it certainly helps to spur you on :-)

Wow well done! Did u have two fast days then? I have started the diet today and considering whether to weigh myself weekly or fortnightly?!

Yes, Claire23, I fasted Tuesday and Thursday, so although it is a good start, I'm not kidding myself that this morning was probably just that good because I fasted yesterday. I'm only weighing/taking measurements every Friday, so I guess I will see next week if it stays off!

Thanks AiriR :-)

Well, two weeks in, I've lost another 1.5lbs this week, so a total of 5lbs. I'm really pleased, as I've found it easy. I definitely think this WOE is going to suit me :-)

Well done, I found much the same myself - easy weight loss and reduced appetite on feed days leading to no snacking.

PS is that a VFR 800 you are sat on?

Thanks janeg - Yes, I've put them on my tracker :-)

Thanks CreakyPete, and you're quite right, it is a VFR800 (vtec) I'm sat on :-)

I love your bike! I wish ours was red but it is a yellow Firestorm VTR 1000. I don't have my own license yet but my partner wants me to work on it.Maybe that will be my big reward when I get to my goal weight.

Maybe we need a motorbike thread? I've got at Suzuki DL650 for day-to-day use and a BMW 1200RT for best - both have sat in the garage for ages this winter!
