I feel guilty after a day of 2000 cals so to hear this is great news, I hope I will be in the same boat at first weigh in
that's fantastic! Well done!
Well done Pia, its a great feeling isn't it. Gives you loads of motivation to keep going - just think what the end of month weigh-in will look like.
Well done! Now you've just inspired me to put down the chocolate and step away from the cupboard!
Thanks a lot. Yes it really gives me a lot of motivation to keep going :victory: - I have tried not to have the same amount of calories in all my feast days, as a lot of you guys told me to do. So I have been changing my intake from day to day, and my fast days is max. 400 calories. I don't have a difficulties going through the fasting days. In fact I feel really good. When I have dinner on my feast-day, I don't eat before next evening for dinner ( 24 hours without food). I feel very confortable with just one meal of 400 calories, and then again I don't eat before next morning for breakfast on my feast-day. - Sorry about my english, I am from Denmark
Doing good.

And our posts in Danish would be...
What a STAR weight loss & an incomprehensible language *winks*
