Great first week!
13 Apr 2013, 17:06
I just finished my first week and am down 5 lbs.,which is rewarding but neverthless I realize my body is losing water and rebalancing too, so my second week could be very different.

I really liked thinking of my fast days as repair days as I am hoping for more than just weight loss.

My first fast day, I felt kind of weird, fuzzy-headed, a bit shakey in the afternoon but the next two were just fine (I've had 3 although really I'm doing a 5:2, fasting on Friday and Monday.) I even worked in my yard for a while during yesterday's fast.

I would like to make my progress tracker visible but I can't find the post where that was explained. Can somebody point me to it again please?

Wow, a 5lb loss is encouraging, whether it's water weight or otherwise!
