just had to share
17 Apr 2013, 19:29
Just finished my easiest fast to date, 1 month in. As some others have discussed on the forum I decided to try having all my calories, (except a small allowance for super trim milk with coffee), in the evening. I had a good sized evening meal the night before, finished eating at 8 pm, coffee when I got up, one more coffee during the day and lots of water and green tea. Evening meal of red lentil curry at 8 pm last night. Didnt feel hungry until about 2 pm, and by that time I was so close holding out until dinner was easy.! This morning I am 900 g lighter than yesterday, will put official weekly weigh on tracker tomorrow.
I want to thank all the help and advice from everyone on the forum, its being such a help as I figure out this WOE and turn it into a WOL!!

thanks
Julie

Well done Julie!!!

I too have one meal on a fast day and just a few splashes of milk in the odd tea and coffee through the day. I just find it easier to not even have to contemplate food.
