Hi this is only my second post. I just need some help to get through to dinner time. Feeling tired, hungry, and just generally a bit "meh". I have tried several things and am trying to stick to a not eating all day until dinner plan, but just need some help today! Think I need some inspiration. Also stupidly just got on the scales and they had gone up even though I feel so empty (how can that be right???) Also still waiting for some "mental clarity" as still pretty ditzy he he! Any help would help....
