Well I am pleased to report I have lost another 300 gms....this is the 6th straight loss for me and since I only had 6.2kg to lose I think that is wonderful. I did 5:2 this week and often do 4:3 (sometimes its 2 days fast + 1 failed fast)- I seem to lose more on 4:3 so may add another day (or half day if I eat too much in the evening) this week. It's not a big deal anyway as i'm not really in any rush to get to any weight. I think of my fast days as the thing that allows me to indulge my sweet (& red wine) tooth on other days, so I'm happy to keep fasting 1,2 or 3 days a week.
