Delighted or Disappointed?

First Weigh In!!!!!

A week since I started this WoE and 3 fasts....my weight last Friday was 17 stone & 6.5 pounds. My weight this morning was 17 stone 2.75 pounds meaning I have lost 3.75 pounds!

Hubbys weight was 14.4 stone and this morning his weight was 13 stone and 12.5 pounds meaning he has lost 5.5 pounds!

I kind of wish my was 4 pounds but I think its that time so I could have lost more. I am happy tho as I had dominos takeaway, subway, a cookie, crisps, cornflake cake.......you get the idea! Stayed within 2000 cals on my non fast days and 600 cals on fast days.

We are going to fast Mon and Thursday this week, so hoping the scales will show a good loss next week too!

This weight loss has made me want to be better with food on non-fast days so I think there is a strong psychological aspect to this diet as well as science.

I'm weighing tomorrow morning, hope I've also lost
I've been a bit sketchy on days this week, today will be my 3rd, but was also thinking Monday and Thursday next week
But as per my question the other day, might change days each week to keep my body guessing, LOL!!

Good on you! Please can you put your stats into the tracker too. It is so satisfying seing the line on the graph heading down wards

Thanks guys! I put my weight in as 17 stone 2.75 pounds but it says I have lost 3.26 pounds confused....

That's a good idea about keeping the body guessing, I am tempted to try Sunday, Tues and Thurs as I wanted quite abit off for my hols 3 weeks tomorrow, wanted to feel better walking as its our first doggie holiday with the labs!

I am not sure if I could do it on the weekend tho but I guess I could try then if I fail, I can just fast Monday!

Firstly, well done :-)

I totally agree with your statement above. I have just done my second week, and I too thought about what I was eating on my non-fast days a bit more - I chose not to have bread, things like that, and I've seen another good result on the scales this week.
