first results after one week...
19 Apr 2013, 06:58
The first week is over and I must say that it did not really struck me!
2 fasts: The first fast day I was quite busy and I eat two
carrots in the morning and then I have my dinner.
The second day I waited with breakfast as long as possible ... actually til Dinner :-P and that was fine. But then I took a lot less kcal because I was so quickly saturated.
I planned a delicious filling soup as well as a salad, but the salad I did not even made.... :clover:

Over all I had a successful first fast week.
I lost 1.8 kilo :like:
The last time I only gain weight, so this is a huge progress!
So I'm over the moon!
:victory: Yay! Well done.
And it will get easier too. Congrats :)
Thanks Janeg,
Where I am now, I think this will be a lifelong WOE. I hope so!
Well done!!!
Well done Jinta. It's a great feeling when you see the lbs coming off :-)
