Delighted or Disappointed?

My usual weigh in day is Saturday, but I'm going away today(Friday)for the weekend so I weighed in today. I'm happy to report that I stayed the same. I only had 1 fast day this week as yesterday sort of "came off the rails". I did well all day and then my sister got here and we went out. My Fast day quickly became a normal day. I didn't get to my max TDEE calories, but it was right up there.

We're leaving for a weekend of eating and drinking, so I don't expect a loss when I weigh in next Saturday, but we'll see. I'm going to give it 3 good Fast days next week and let the pounds fall where they may!
Sounds like a good plan :-)
This last week has been a disaster for me too! I lost my mum last year and have spent this last week sorting though her last few bits to clear her flat. I started off with all good intentions but ended up getting very emotional and grabbing snacks here and there to ' keep me going' . Anyway I think it's all sorted now and going to start afresh next week. Toni x
