one stone

I'm from the US so I don't weigh in stones....frankly I'd hate to know how many stones I comprise.

However, I am quite happy to lose them. I lost my first stone as of today. To celebrate I picked a stone out of my garden this morning and put it on the windowsill by my breakfast nook for inspiration.

I have lots of stones in my garden, I guess this is one way to get rid of them.

Well done on losing a stone. In the distant past I used stones as a reminder of what I lost but it was the decorative glass stones. They were really good because they were tactile at well. I kept mine on top of the microwave as a reminder.

That's a great idea. I can imagine stones being given pride of place all over the world soon.

When I did weight watchers our "leader" would give us a glass stone for losing a stone. Would rather have a £ for every pound I lost!! X
