well well well..... my first wigh in after starting 4:3 on Saturday and I've already lost 1.5 kgs. Isn't that exciting? It can be all water weight I know but I feel much much lighter today! I eat 400 cal or less for only dinner on fast days and I watch carefully what I eat (between 1000-1200) on feed days.
Next fast: Tomorrow Saturday 27th. Will you join me?
Well done! I have tried weekend fasting and can't do it but I'm sure someone else will join u!!
I've done an occasional Saturday fast if I've had a super indulgent Friday night - or at least, a half fast on Saturday (just have a normal dinner). Don't think I will be joining you in it this weekend, but I'm sure you won't be the only one.
Well done Nina. But I would watch your feed days as 1000 - 1200 calories is still quite a low restrictive amount? Especially as you are doing 4:3 and only 400 cals on fast days?
Its fabulous that you have lost that amount of weight nina but 1000 - 1200 calories does appear a bit low? xx
