4 pounds loss after 2 weeks which is fantastic for me as I usually lose a pound or so then put on half a pound on the second week of previous diets. Within this two weeks I have drank wine (a bottle) on a few occasions and have also eaten out a couple of times and had pudding! This is the easiest diet I have ever followed and I now look forward to fast days. The first few were difficult but now I am finding it much easier. I find it helps to save most of my 500 cals for the evening meal. 7 pounds to lose now then I will hit my target weight
Huge congrats Sarah! You've done brilliantly already and it won't be long before you're where you want to be. It's great, enjoying all those foods & drinks that other diets won't allow and STILL losing weight isn't it!!! Great news for you, we'll done :victory:
Well done sarah,
Don't you love a diet that includes wine :like:

Yup, same here, just eased back a little on the consumption, cutting down to Fridays and Saturday nights, although might have a single beer once or twice a week, I have a microbrewery so difficult not to sample the goods, someone's got to do it :dazed:

That's the appeal to me as well, really cannot be mithered with counting calories every day, watching what you eat all the time! Restricted days are easy, the day between and just after I find I'm not over hungry so 'automatically' cut back.
Weekend, well Bacon butty on Saturday morning is 'the law' it has to be done, but otherwise at the moment, just being a little more canny. The fact that this 'diet' seems to be easier for me makes the non restrictive days easier to generally cut down on what I eat.
Well done on your 4lbs :-)
