9th Fast today - and have to say it is definitely getting easier - have had some strawberries and a cup of Bovril and looking forward to a calorie counted meal this evening..Doing exercise and keeping busy helps but easier today without a shadow of a doubt - so anyone starting out take heart. Have still to weigh in (keep banging on about it BUT not weighing until 50 days in as the scales are rarely my friend and I lose motivation)but I have had 3 different people so far tell me that I am looking slimmer - not sure that it is true - could be clever clothes -....but nice to hear nonetheless! x
Yes it does get easier. You have serious willpower not to have weighed! Best of luck to you.
I have done 6th fast and am starting to find it easier. I am even starting to feel slimmer too, its a great feeling isn't it :)
Great to hear, I also found in time fasting has got easier and easier and I don't really think about it too much now! It just feels part of my lifestyle now! Hope the scales show good things when you do weigh in :0)
Feeling better as well ...... avoiding the scales, they do lie :?:

they don't say how good you're feeling
