I normally am very good and only weigh once a week on a saturday morning, but for some reason i snuck on there this morning.....

..... exactly the same as i was saturday

This is my 3rd week, i lost the 1st and stayed the same last Sat, i'm thinking come this Sat it's looking like i'll also stay the same

Fingers crossed that i might loose next week!!! Gotta keep at it, i'm sure i'll loose soon :clover:

i do feel better inside, so it must be soing something!!!
Hi Lulabella. I think the views are split on whether weighing everyday is a good thing or not. I personally need to step on the scales everyday so that I have as much control as possible. As long as you take into account the fact that if you weigh in after a fast day, this is likely to be your lowest point. This will in most cases go up the next day when you revert to normal eating, which is why the weekly trend is important. I only record my saturday morning weigh in figure, but have a sense of how well I'm doing during the week by how much (or little !) I go back up after feed days.

Good luck. I look forward to seeing how you get on on saturday!
Have u measured yourself?
That maybe a better indication for you.
I'm not going to weigh tomorrow as its that time of the month and I don't want to get disheartened so will just carry on!
Thanks Guys - i'll let you know how the Sat weight goes ;)
