Delighted or Disappointed?

It is my weekly weigh in day - I weigh weekly because a) I have been conditioned that way over 40 years of dieting and b) I feel I avoid the disappointment of the up/down scales. I lost another 600 gms this week - I had had a couple of slower weeks (tho still loses)so I have been doing ADF this week, whilst watching I didn't go massively overboard on feed days - still managed to fit in cakes and red wine tho  so now only 1.6 kg from my goal weight, tho I think I shall revise that weight to a couple of kg lower (to where I was 6 years ago). I am now able to get into jeans I haven't worn for 4/5 years and would like to be able to fit the really skinny ones :like:

To be honest I am amazed at how easy this has been. I have seriously been trying to shift the extra kg for years but it has steadily crept up. I was going to the gym 3x a week (plus walking 1.5-3 hours a day)and watching the weight creep up! Now I just walk the same amount, no gym, eat those carbs I had banished from my life - still don't do white rice/pasta as I believe that is white rubbish & I don't like them, tho I do allow white flour/sugar (also rubbish :>) into my diet in the form of cakes  sweet is my poison. It has taken 8 weeks to get years of fat off - bloody incredible!
Well done GMH! An incredible result! :victory:
FANTASTIC!! :victory:
Well done you! You sound so positive and upbeat and your loss so far is very inspiring! Being able to fit back into those clothes must make you feel incredibly proud. :like: Yep I have a sweet tooth aswell and its fab to be able to indulge on a normal feed day! x
Thanks everyone - hey cakegroupy I LOVE that name
