Yay! First weigh in after one week on the diet. I have lost 2.8kg! This first week I ended up doing 4 days fasting which kinda just happened. I started on Friday last week and fasted that day, then I was going to fast Monday and Thursday but had to change the Thurs to Weds and because of that on Friday I fasted just because I could and I felt so damn good.
Having said that I weighed myself after 3 fast days and had lost about the same amount anyway so I'm hoping next week when I just do 5:2 I'll still lose a little bit.
So happy! Besides the weight loss I have experienced much much more energy and have enjoyed and appreciated my food much more. I love this way of eating and would recommend it to everyone!
