Delighted or Disappointed?

In 7 weeks I have gone form a BMI of 26.01 and overweight, to 24.87 which is no longer overweight. I did have a few weeks of no loss and even a small gain in there. I'm only putting this here because you people are the only ones that know I'm doing 5:2.

Well done!! You should be very proud of yourself. I hope to be able to say that I am no longer over weight someday!
