The maths is delightful.

Normal diet + big weekend = frustrating weight gain
5:2 + big weekend + Monday fast = stay the same as last week

Now that's delightful :victory:

That's what I like about it, very similar with the weekend, eased down Mon, fast yesterday, less than 1500 cals today fast tomorrow and hoping for a successful weigh in Friday :wink:

I love it too. This way of eating is so flexible it allows for all the complexities of life!!
